I recently had the pleasure of staying at Triple Riverside Villa Hotel in Hoi An, and I cannot express enough how it exceeded my high expectations. The air conditioning was a true lifesaver during the heatwave, and the staff quickly addressed a minor issue we had with it, demonstrating their commitment to exceptional service. Relaxing on our private balcony with stunning river views, we appreciated the thoughtfully stocked mini-bar and the clean, spacious bathroom that provided ample storage for our belongings.
